1. Acceptance

By using the ConvertPDF apps or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. Licence

نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام ConvertPDF لأغراض شخصية أو أعمال داخلية، وفق شروط App Store من Apple. يمكن استخدام الأدوات الأساسية (دمج وتقسيم وضغط وصور↔PDF وتنظيم) دون شراء. هناك خطة مدفوعة واحدة فقط: ConvertPDF Lifetime — شراء لمرة واحدة بـ 4.99$ يفتح كل الأدوات المتقدمة إلى الأبد على الأجهزة المسجّلة بـ Apple ID الشراء (شراء عالمي: iPhone وiPad وMac).

3. ConvertPDF Lifetime (one-time purchase)

• Product name: ConvertPDF Lifetime (also marketed as Lifetime Pro).
• Price: $4.99 USD once (App Store local pricing may differ).
• Type: Non-consumable In-App Purchase — not an auto-renewing subscription.
• No free trial, no intro offer, and no “cancel anytime” subscription billing.
• Restore Purchases recovers your unlock on other devices under the same Apple ID.

4. 14-day unconditional refund (highlighted)

Within fourteen (14) days of your ConvertPDF Lifetime purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason with no questions asked. Use the Support page or Apple’s Report a Problem. We will approve/support refunds under this policy. Actual refund of payment is processed by Apple under App Store rules; we do not bypass Apple’s payment system.

5. On-device processing

The apps are designed to process files on your device (100% offline for tools). You remain responsible for your files and for lawful use of the tools. A network connection is only needed to buy or restore via Apple.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use ConvertPDF for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the app except as allowed by law.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to your files and are responsible for having the right to process them.

8. Plans and payments

هناك خطة مدفوعة واحدة فقط: ConvertPDF Lifetime، تُحصَّل مرة واحدة عبر الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple مقابل 4.99$. بلا اشتراك وبلا تجربة. إن لم يعجبك فاطلب استردادًا خلال 14 يومًا. أسعار الموقع تصف عرض App Store هذا. آليات الاسترداد القياسية من Apple تنطبق أيضًا إلى جانب وعدنا بـ 14 يومًا.

9. Disclaimer

ConvertPDF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Keep backups of important files.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend access if you breach these terms. A valid Lifetime purchase remains subject to Apple’s licence terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence and Apple’s App Store terms where relevant.
