1. How to get help

ConvertPDF is a native iPhone, iPad, and Mac app. For help, use App Store Ratings & Reviews / Support once published, or email us. Include device model, OS version, and a short description — do not attach confidential PDFs.

2. Purchases & ConvertPDF Lifetime

There is only one paid plan: ConvertPDF Lifetime — a one-time $4.99 unlock (non-consumable). Use Restore Purchases in the app if the unlock is missing after reinstall. Purchases are billed by Apple. If you don’t like it, ask for a refund within 14 days.

3. 14-day refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, any reason, no questions asked. Email support or use reportaproblem.apple.com. We honor this policy; Apple completes the payment refund.

4. App Store

Search for “ConvertPDF” on the App Store after release. Universal Purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

5. Email

support@taqnik.in — provisional until the live inbox is confirmed.

6. Privacy & files

We cannot recover files from your device. ConvertPDF does not upload documents to our servers.

7. Website

https://convertpdf.taqnik.in hosts Privacy, Terms, and Support for App Store Connect. It does not process PDFs in the browser for production use.
